I thought my whole life I had OCD!!! ADD seemed like the complete opposite of what I had because I never had energy. I am always daydreaming and a lot of types I obsess over every little detail about something but not actually do anything.

Thank you so much for your video. This describes me to the "t." Your video was one of the ones that opened my eyes to see that ADD wasn't only for people that are hyperactive. This was part of the catalyst to get me to see a psychiatrist and talk about these symptoms.

I'm in the minority here when it comes to Inattentive ADD. I had success and a reduction in my anxiety and panic with stimulant medication. Granted, there was quite a bit of dosage adjustment. And there are times where I have to take a Xanax or two throughout my day. But I was so socially isolated and scattered it was debilitating,

Meditation is great. I started using it when I couldn't sleep at night due to depression. Now my body is programmed to sleep quickly and deeply, much to the woe of those around me who can't stand my snoring. Its good at bringing you back to what you are supposed to be working on and dispelling anxiety.

I can understand what you are saying about stimulants not working for ADD - Innatentive type. I know I have ADD, im not certain which type I have but from doing some online research and reading forum posts I am almost certain that it is ADD-Innatentive type. Reasons for this are that I was never 'hyperactive' when I was younger,I took stimulants for years! I only took them when I went to school but the side effects were awful. My anxiety was through the roof! until I met strattera!! :)
