What that landlord did was completely illegal. He can not order an eviction
unless he served an evection notice at least 2 weeks in advance. Also, his
threat to sell Mickey and Donald's furniture is COMPLETELY unlawful. Mickey
and Donald would have had one hell of a lawsuit had they taken him to
court. Plus he lit a match on Donald's Bill and threw a LIT MATCH into his
mouth. That's assault. So on top of their civil case, they could have
pressed criminal charges. There are laws to protect against this kind of
