"当时我和老婆，还有 妹在9:45pm到KFC吃晚餐，到了店里就看到人山人海在排队。由于我们都买了I-City的優惠券(有包括KFC的)，所以就去排队了(付了钱，没办法)。 在排队的过程中，看到 那些工作人员慢条斯理的在工作，心想应该少说也要排上半个小时也不定。其实他们有足够的员工，只是有些员工在后面，不知是开会还是谈天，看到那么多人也不会来帮手(包括那位經理)。在排队的客人已经不耐烦了，每个人都有微言。。。 我看了时间，已经10.20p 了，排队的人数也没有多大的进展。我看了里面的炸鸡已经没有了，工作人员说要等20min才会有。天啊，还要等。。。为什么不能炸多一点呢?!大约10.45pm，新炸好的炸鸡已经来了，不过只有辣的(无言)。。。 时间差不多到10.53pm(我 了时间)，要到我的时候，前面的客人就觉的奇怪，因为已经没多少的炸鸡了，就去问了员工，员工也不清楚，就去问里面站着的员工，他才说没完了，同时那位經理也没有解释。。。 这时候有客人就已经破 大骂了，里面的员工就大声回应: sudahhabis, u mau apa lagi！我也忍无可忍的 他们为什么没完了都不出声，那位經理也没有出声。。。我就再骂他们: iniapa service? 他们就很不爽了，就有员工说: mau gaduh ke? 也有员工拿了支铁要打 。这时候就有个员工在门后面讲了:kalau mau...
