BCAA's work for me. Love the focus and energy they give me throughout a workout. Plus, they help with recovery as well (feeling less sore). My two cents.

That's the benefit of supplements is that you get the raw nutrition you need without anything extra. BCAA are great, they're just saying that it's something that yo already will consume. If i had the money for BCAA i would probably be taking them.

The truth is that individual amino acids can influence muscle growth through a variety of different pathways, and of all the amino acids none have been shown to be more important than the branched chain amino acids. They help with Metabolism, gym performance, and fat-loss. The big three are: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Look it up onlineWho are you going to believe? These two science retarded drop outs or real backed up SCIENCE ?

These two guys have no idea what they are talking about from a nutritional standpoint. If you are pounding a ton of protein, then BCAAs are not necessary. If you train fasted, then BCAAs are a requirement to allow your muscles to feed without breaking the fasted state. Just because you spend all the damn time in the gym does not magically make you a nutritionist!
