I lost my sister 3 1/2 years ago due to cancer...we were 16 she is and will always be my hero, inspiration, and my rock Ill never forget how when she was on her death bed gasping for air.. I promised her she would get to graduate high school, then college and she would get married and have a baby.. because she would live in me. I love you and miss you so much Haley

Thank you for sharing loosing someone is very difficult in 2005 i lost a daughter to leukemia in oct 4 years later i lost her mother my loving beautiful wife and partner in all that i did and she did . this song is a blessing for many. you are correct although physically we can no longer hold them touch them or hear their words. in out hearts they shall always remain when they pass they take with them a piece of our hearts and we are never the same. blessings and love and light

This song is so beautiful! I lost my dad two years ago, i was 15 at the time, he was gonna be leaving only for two days, but never came back, i remember being so scared when he didn't start to come home, and when my mom got a call, and started to cry immediatly, i didn't want to believe it, but he was gone, i still have a hard time to understand it, he had a fatal heart attack while working, but this song gives me hope and helps me dealing with the pain, thank you!

Very beautiful.. I turned 30 this year and have felt the pain of losing a child, and in 2011, I lost my only sister, my brother, and grandmom all in 6 weeks.. My brother was in the army and we had the knock on the door the night before my grammom's funeral. having a rough day..i really miss my sister.. she was a pain in the neck but she was my pain in the neck, and she left me with so much regret, heartache, and words that i needed her to hear.. brother and sister both had very young children.

I lost my Grandmother to Lung and Liver Cancer. When ever i think of her "gone" i cry. :(She did smoke, but it wasn't really her fault that she did, she was under stress, and the MOST SADDEST PART is that.......... My grandmother died on my Grandfathers....birthday. I feel so bad for him. :( I miss my grandma SO much, and im only....9 and i had to lose at this time, and my grandmother was only 65.
