I bought one for £1.99 today but its way too light and doesn't feel as it'd swing very well. I'm also pretty heavy on my feet and don't think I've ever jumped in the past year... I'll give it a go tomorrow though.

Well exercises work out your muscles about some percentage of work outs increase your muscles bone growth so there is a chance you can gain an Inch or too but it depends on your diet and all that stuff. |
