Almost looks like your insulting your friend who has no weighted vest on. One is always going hard, even with extra weight; and the other is always resting :P

The reason you don't see it is because your muscles get fatigued while the intensity is lowered and your heart rate drops. Crossfit incorporates strict pullups in plenty of workouts just not this one.

@smokuWhy do the kipping pull ups bother you so much? We have guys that can do strict pull ups quick enough to make their times competitive and some that need to do butterfly or kips. Not because they can't do 100, but for time sake. You seem to not like Crossfit, but I see you posting on multiple Crossfit videos. You must be either a troll or a globo gym owner that is threatened by Crossfit. Sad life you lead if either of those are true.

I especially like the fact that we're seeing two Korean dudes taking part in a workout that's in honor of a US Navy SEAL. Absolutely awesome, guys!

@smoku you comment on multiple videos knocking kipping pullups. They generate the same power but instead of pure shoulders/back there is an element of core work in there too. I doubt you could even do this workout in less than an hour.

i do crossfit and only do kipping but i still did 37 dead hang pullups in a row
