Abraham has mentioned various ways to align yourself and what I had written down is this: "Pay attention to the way you feel and deliberately choose thoughts-about everything-that feel good to you when you think them." As you continue this state you attract what you desire automatically through law of attraction. It sounds so easy and at times is not as easy to do because of our own personal conditioning. I'm working at this myself. I believe it gets easier with practice. Wishing you well.
