I agree with Jimmy bout the magazines. As much as Im a fan of bodybuilding I think the worst thing I ever did as a beginner was start reading FLEX. A guy trying to get in great shape should not follow the routines that "enhanced" pro bodybuilders with 1 in a million genes do. We dont need that much volume. We should be doing less volume but more often. I do each muscle 2X a week, but only 3 sets of 10 reps per workout. Mon-thurs lift, take the other 3 days off. lift hard n heavy. get stronger
