Seems right. You can see the driver trying to steer but without success. Steering wheel lock up.

Seems like something caused his steering to lock up, he was doing fine up until that corner when his wheels stay turned at the exact same angle when he comes out of the corner, as they were in the apex of it.

Too bad Ken Block never finishes. Or scores any points in his 3 years of WRC. You don't get 50 attempts in racing like you do in promo videos.
