Thanks for your comment. For your mash potatoes, peel your potatoes then rinse, cut in quarters if they are large and halves if they are small. Place in a pot of boiling salted water until fork tender and then mashed them with your masher. Once they are cool enough to handel you can then follow the video. i hope this helps.God Bless,Elba

Hey Elba, I have been watching your videos for a couple of months now. You taught me how to make my first pernil and tilapia. Thanks so much. I was wondering though for this video, how do you actually make the mashed potatoes. I have 3 friends coming over in two days and promised them to make authentic puerto rican food. I have never made mashed potatoes. Thanks
