God so perfect. I have been watching this over and over again. His forehand
looks so clean when finishing across his chest. The mechanic is flawless.
It looks like such a natural motion for the body.

Training this hard all the time is definitely part of the reason Nadal is
falling apart physically while Federer and Djokovic are pretty much injury

When i read the title 'Nadal High Intensity Training' I was expecting him
to play a super machine or at least 2 players on the other side!

5 more years and he has no shoulder nor elbow with that kind of strike and
intensity, I don't really like him but it's a shame watching him doing that

Probably the worst problem Rafa is having is to find a training partner who
is able to constantly bring back his forehand. This shot is just destroying
everything... More than impressive.
And I´m saying that as a big Federer fan.

I think its interesting in this warm he hits normal over the shoulder
forehands and not buggy whips it over his head like how he does in a match
